A Regina boy had his wish come true Saturday, meeting the San Francisco 49ers ahead of Sunday’s NFC Championship match-up with the Green Bay Packers.

Saturday, the 49ers tweeted a video of 13-year-old Boston Schaan with the team, breaking the huddle following team practice.

Saturday’s meeting was put together by the Make a Wish Foundation, and the Shaan family were thankful for Boston’s wish to come true.

In a tweet, Darren Schaan said, “What an amazing day. Boston loved every minute of it.”

He also shared another tweet, thanking 49ers tight end Greg Kittle personally for his impact on Boston.

The family is expected to be in attendance for Sunday’s game, set for kick-off at 5:40 p.m. Central Standard Time.
