WATTS, Mrs. Adaline Foubister (nee Taylor), late of Prince Albert, SK beloved wife for 74 years of Thomas William “Dick” Watts, passed away January 25th, 2011 at the age of 95 years. Adaline was born in Briarlea, SK in 1915 and moved with her family to Prince Albert when she was four years old and had resided here since that time. She was an active person and besides her family she enjoyed curling, drama, dancing, playing cards, mystery stories and crosswords puzzles. She was a life member of the P.A. Afternoon Ladies Curling Club and of the Prince Albert Community Players. In 1995 Adaline and husband Dick were presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by Lt. Gov. Jack Wiebe, for their over 30 years involvement in Drama. Adaline is survived by her granddaughter Karen (Jim) Peterson; great grandchildren Carrie and Matthew; and great great grandchildren Jonathan and Alicia, numerous nephews and nieces and members of her husband’s family, Olive Gustafson and Edna McLean. Adaline was predeceased by her husband Dick on February 27, 2006; son Douglas in April 1999; parents Robert and Susan Taylor; brothers Bob, Bill and Jack; sisters-in-law Dorothy Taylor, Betty Taylor and Pat Taylor; on her husband’s side Rob and Lil Cutt; Eve and Rowley Fredericson; Dorothy and Eugene Pitzel; Paul Gustafson and Henry McLean. Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 31, 2011 at 1:30 pm in Northern Funeral Service-MacKenzie Chapel, 130-9th Street East, Prince Albert with Rev. Norbert Haukenfrers officiating.
