Frank Horvath

Frank passed away following a short illness at the Victoria Hospital. He was born May 28, 1935 in Slofok, Hungary. In 1956 he immigrated to Canada, where he worked as a laborer at numerous jobs, including Burn’s Meat Packaging Plant, until its closure. Frank was a longtime resident of Sherman Towers in Prince Albert. He is survived by his daughter Carol (Chris) Mudjar; grandsons Brayden and Landon; his brother Anthony Horvath and nephew Stephen Horvath and his niece Susan (Konrad) Boyko. He was predeceased by his parents.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Father Travis Myrheim officiating. Private Family Interment will be held. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279 – 3rd Avenue N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.
