LAURENT- Celine, late of Prince Albert, passed away April 23, 2011 at the age of 87 years. Celine was born on July 21, 1923 in Fond du Lac, SK. Celine is survived by her children: Helen Ganson and Nap Laurent; her grandchildren: Linda (Cliff) McNabb, Celina Robillard, Stan (Cheryl) Laurent, Russell (Michelle) Laurent and Nadine Laurent; her great-grandchildren: Clifford and Jodi McNabb, Michael and Jodee Cook, Clayton Robillard, Stan and George Robillard, Melissa and Jerry Robillard, Helena Goulet, Shay, Nicholas, Alannis and Quinton Laurent, Michael Larouque, Savannah, Jenna, Alyssa, Jaden, Cole and Laila Laurent, and Justin and Kyra Laurent; her great-great-grandchildren: Jayden Pederson, Jacob Goulet, Kairo and Dre Laurent, Ethan, Dreyden, Desirae and Eliese Cook; her sister: Angeline (Jens) Jensen; her brother: Norbert Fern; her in-laws: Celeste Randhile, Agatha Sayazie, Eva Fern, and Lena Fern; her great-granddaughters-in-law: Melvina Goulet and Theresa Robillard; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Celine was predeceased by her husband: Stan Laurent ; her parents: Saylonie Samuel-Fern and Helen Labal; her brothers: Leon (Julienne) Fern, Pierre (Antoinette) Fern, and Jimmy Fern; her sisters: Mary (Louie) Chille, Dorey (Jules) McDonald, and Mary Rose (Pierre) Robillard ; her sons-in-law: George Robillard and Iain Granson; her in-laws: Joe Laurent, Toby Randhile, Germain (Marie) Beavereye, Lawrence Laurent, Rosie Laurent, and Colombe Fern; her grandsons: George, Jerry and Stan Robillard; her great-granddaughters: Gizelle McNabb and Kayla Laurent. A Wake Service was held Tuesday, April 26, 2011-Friday April 29, 2011 at Senator Allan Bird Memorial Hall/PAGC Student Residence, Prince Albert, SK. A Funeral Service was held Friday, April 29, 2011 at 2pm, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Prince Albert, SK, with Father Janusz Bizewski officiating. Interment at Memorial Gardens, Prince Albert, SK.
