Frank Moskwa
(October 3, 1916 – August 9, 2011)
Frank passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 8, 2011 in Prince Albert. He was born on October 3, 1916 in Alvena, SK. He moved with his family to the Prince Albert area in 1934.
Frank is lovingly remembered by his wife Jean (nee Wozniczki) of 61 years; his 5 daughters Gail (Merv) Smith, Elizabeth (Chuck) Chapelle, Sharon Gosselin, Terry (Glen) Berg and Donna (Roland) Boutin; his 13 grandchildren; his 18 great grandchildren; his brothers John and Mike (Emile) and his sister Kay Tokar. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Maryanne Moskwa; his brothers Stanley (Josie) and Isidore (Mary); his sister Josie (Steve) Krawec; his sister-in-law Elva Moskwa and his brother-in-law Mike Tokar.
Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2011 at St. George’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 752 – 14th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Father Jeffrey Stephaniuk officiating. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations may be made to Charity of Donors Choice.
