Dale Vizina
Vizina: Dale – Dale passed away at home on April 15, 2012 at the age of 73.
Left to mourn are his wife Marcy and step-daughter, Chantal Deibert (Chris) of Saskatoon; his daughters Pam of Regina, Dale-Lee (Dave) of Calgary, Yvonne of Ottawa and son Danny of Saskatoon, his granddaughters Monique and Kyra of Saskatoon. Nephew Keith (Christina) of Prince Albert; niece Marlene (Bob) of Sasktoon and several cousins. Dale was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Louis; brother Vivian; sister Phyllis; and grandson Michael.
Much of Dale’s career was spent working as Woodland’s Manager at Saskfor MacMillan in Hudson Bay. Dale truly enjoyed the outdoors. He loved hunting, and in the latter years he and Marcy spent happy times camping and fishing. He loved working in his garden in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.
A special thank-you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Hudson Bay Health Care facility for their compassion and care of Dale.
At Dale’s request, no funeral service will be held.
A memorial service to celebrate Dale Vizina's life will be held Sat, 19 May; 2-4pm at the Cosmo Lodge at Little Red River Park at Prince Albert, SK.
(Little Red River Park is located on Hwy 55E. To get to the Lodge, take the second exit into the Park coming from PA).
Dad had many friends and family around Saskatchewan, please join us for coffee and lunch as we remember him as a Dad, a husband, a coworker, fisherman, hunter, fix-it guy and friend.
