Michael Christopher Herbert McKnight

It is with great sadness that we announce Michael's sudden and unexpected passing. He attended school in Meath Park, graduating in 2004. Michael had numerous jobs, including housekeeping at the Victoria Hospital, working in construction, and most recently he was apprenticing as an electrician. Michael was well-known for his sense of humor. He was easy-going and was liked by everyone he met. Michael is survived by his mother Carol; his father Tom (Tasha Bennett) and children Stevie and Casey; his brothers Robert (Lindsay Natomagan) and children Tessa, Caiden and Cale; Matthew (Tanya Waugh-Beaulieu) and daughter Allie; Brayden; his brother-in-law Brad Lythgoe and daughter Jenna; his grandmother Velma McKnight “grandma farmer”; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sister Charlene; his grandparents Herbert and Eleanor Lueken and Bill McKnight; his great grandparents. Public Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Gray's Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 1, 2012 at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 589 – 9th Street East, Prince Albert, SK with Val Bodnaryk officiating.
