Matthew Jeffrey Gendron

It is with great sadness that we announce Matthew's sudden and unexpected passing on Friday, May 25, 2012. Matthew was born January 20, 1998 in Burnaby BC. He attended Arthur Pechey School and was a member of the 38 Anavets Air Cadet Squadron. He was also an active member of The Prince Albert Minor Football community and part of the Prince Albert Alliance youth group. Matt was a devoted friend to many, and a kid who loved life and cared about everyone around him. He is the beloved son of MaryBeth and Jeff Gendron, loving little brother to Brian, Trish, Mary and Joel and big brother to Kal and Keena. Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2012 at Alliance Church, 2777 – 6th Avenue West, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Craig Hollands officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of other tributes, donation can be made to Friday Night Lights, Postal Bag 5800, Prince Albert, SK S6V 7V6 to provide lighting for the football field at Prime Ministers Park.
