After 1 ½ years Lana took a full time job at the school in St. Louis until she quit when she was pregnant with her first daughter (Becki born June 1993). Lana stayed at home and raised her two daughters (Jodi born January 1996) until she started working part-time at the Village of Domremy in December 1999. She also accepted part-time jobs as the Domremy Church Treasurer, and then the Domremy Church Secretary. Lana quit the Village in December 2002 and then accepted a part time job at a National Native organization on Muskoday reserve in February 2003.
