Bonnie Lee Pinel
April 3, 1948 – August 24, 2012

The passing of Bonnie Lee Pinel took place at the Victoria Union Hospital on August 24, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Bonnie was born and spent her life in the Prince Albert area, marrying Leo Pinel in June of 1970. They were blessed with two sons Christopher and Dominic, and a granddaughter Juniper. Bonnie had many friends, from her work at Sask Energy, her golf friends and many more who were very kind and supportive during her illness. A special thanks to Bonnie’s family doctor, Dr. Le Roux and her oncologist Dr. Giede and their staff for their kind and compassionate care. Bonnie was also very appreciative of the staff at the Victoria Union Hospital for their kindness. Bonnie is survived by her husband Leo Pinel; her sons Christopher (Jolene Kraft) and Dominic (Gabrielle Viglas); her granddaughter Juniper Pinel; her brother Robert Paskaruk (Gayle); her sister Patricia Belt (Elwood) and numerous nephews, nieces and their families. She was predeceased by her father William Paskaruk and her mother Mary Paskaruk. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Wednesday August 29, 2012 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 260 – 25th Street East, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Reverend Father Roque Concepcion. Followed by lunch in the Church Hall. A private interment will take place at a later date.
