In loving memory of Thomas Semaganis late of Sturgeon Lake he passed away on August 24, 2012 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 77 years. Thomas will be lovingly remembered by:
his common law wife of 32 years: Nellie Bird-Kingfisher; his adopted children: Judy Kingfisher, Glen Kingfisher, Barry Kingfisher (Sharon), Sandra Kingfisher, Darlene Kingfisher (Marcel) of Little Red, Sonya (Larry) Daniels, Wanita (Gerald) Bear of Whitefish, Melinda Horse of Thunderchild and Absolom (Lorraine) Standingwater of Thunderchild and Mike Pearsons of Halifax, Nova Scotia; his sisters: Theresa (Melvin) Sapp of Little Pine, Agnes (Wilfred) Semaganis of Poundmaker and Eliza Paskemin of Sweetgrass; his brother: Solomon Semaganis of Poundmaker; his brother-in-law: Eric Bird of Sturgeon Lake; his daughter in-law: Delphine Naytowhow; his special nephew: John (Adrian) Sapp of Little Pine. As well as brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grand children, cousins and many extended and adopted family members from other First Nation Communities. Thomas was predeceased by: his father: John Semaganis; his mother: Mary Frenchman-Moya; his adopted son: Earl Kingfisher; his parental grandmother who had raised him: Marie Moya his mother-in-law: Florence Duquette; his grandson: Amos Daniels. A Wake Service will be Commencing Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Sturgeon Lake Community Hall
