Margaret Francis Carswell
1955 – 2012

Margaret passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at the Victoria Hospital following a long and courageous battle with ALS at the age of 57. She was born on January 17, 1955 in Saskatoon, SK. Margaret is survived by her son Jonathan (Sian) Kilkenny & grandchildren Tannen & Kellin; her daughter Whitney (Scott) Carswell & grandson Cash; Cam Carswell; her mother Helen Robinson; her brother Don Robinson; her sister Peggy Keay; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Margaret had a love and passion for Negril, Jamaica where she maintained a second home by the water and where she found peace during her illness. She was predeceased by her son Nathan Kilkenny in 2002 and her father Don Robinson. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1796 – 15th Avenue East, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Dennis Serfas, Director Spiritual Care, Prince Albert Parkland Health Region officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the ALS Society of Saskatchewan, 90C Cavendish Street, Regina, SK S4N 5G7. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
