Our Mother, Pauline Margerite Renee Clouatre, passed away peacefully at Mont. St. Joseph's Care Home on January 7, 2013 at the age of 86 years. Mom is predeceased by our father: Gilbert Clouatre; our brother: Louis and our sister: Yvette. Mom will be deeply missed by her children: Theresa (Ben Medernach); Paul (Cheryl Anderson) & Elaine; as well as her grandchildren: Tracy, Sheri (Ken Snyder), Brennan and Jaryn; her great-grandchildren: Corey, Sarah, Christina, Nikita and Michael; her brother: Paul; and her sister: Agnes; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Thank you to all the staff at Mont. St. Joseph's for taking excellent care of our Mom. Their love for our mother could be seen with each kind word & gentle touch.
