DUQUETTE – Barbara Ann, passed away on January 19, 2013 at the age of 30 years. Barbara was born on July 1, 1982 at Mistawasis. She is lovingly remembered by her mother, Genevieve Duquette; sisters, Leah Duquette (Marcel Bear), Janine Duquette(Aaron Benjamin); brother, Grant John Duquette; uncles, George Duquette, Leslie Duquette and Gordon Duquette; aunt, Emily Duquette (Allan McCallum); close cousins, Jennifer Duquette, Katherine Duquette, Cameron Duquette, Janis Martell, Anita Martell, Kara Martell, Shanara Duquette, Kali Daniels, Mikayla Daniels and Jordy Daniels; favorite nephews, Richard Duquette, Logan Duquette and Elias Duquette. She is predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Hannah Duquette; cousin, Stuart Duquette; uncle, Grant Bird; nephew, John Andrew Duquette; kokum, Jean Laine and Veronica Duquette; moshum, Camille Duquette. The funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the Mistawasis First Nation Family Centre officiated by Bev Shepansky. Interment in the Presbyterian First Nation Cemetery.
