WEST, Donald Larry

It it with deep sorrow that I say that my husband, love of my life and best friend went home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2013. He is survived by me his wife Maureen West, his father Hugh West, brothers Jim West(Monica), Bob West(Joanne). George West(Linda), Fred West(Debbie), Rick West (Christine) and Sister Joanne(John Lyons). He will be sadly missed by his Step Children, Allison(Stephen Madigan), Colin Redmond And Eric Redmond, Mother-in-law Molly Bennett and many nieces and nephews. Don was born in Toronto, Ontario, but lived in BC, AB, SK. He was a floor layer for most of his life and truly loved his work. We have met some very wonderful people on our travels. We moved to Kinistino, SK in 2007 and love it here. We worked out of the Melfort area for the last few years. He had his faith and always a wonderful smile and sense of humor. It was his wish for no funeral, he wanted people to remember him as he was. He has gone to be with our father in heaven. May he rest in peace.
