DOUGLAS GORDON KLUGHART
Doug was born and raised in Prince Albert. He attended school and worked until moving to Saskatoon where he married and raised a family until cancer claimed his life. Douglas passed away at his residence on Tuesday January 29th, 2013. He is loved and remembered by his wife of 37 years Reni “Irene”; daughters, Kristal Brechin, Tamara(Rory) Turner, Candace(Kris)Baker; son, Clinton Klughart; grandchildren, Charlize Brechin; Khole and Liam Baker; Merrick Turner; mother, Hilda Klughart; sister, Shelley(Brent) Van parys as well as numerous other family members. Douglas was predeceased by his grandparents; father Gordon 'Bill”; infant son, Michale; and infant granddaughter, Brittany Brechin. Douglas was an active member of AA, Marriage Encounter, Hope cancer Centre, The Saskatoon prostate Cancer Group, Saskatoon Muzzle Loaders Club as well as an instructor for the Fire Arms safety/Hunter Education. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation- Urology Centre or the hope Cancer Centre. A Memorial Service will be held at 2.00pm on Friday, February1st, at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (310 Lenore Drive).
