Brianne passed away peacefully with her family at her side June 23, 2013, after a long, well fought battle with cancer. She was surrounded by love with her family, grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. Brianne was born December 21, 1997, to Donald and Kirsten Gaudet of Bellevue, Sk. She was the oldest of 3 children, her sister Annette (13) and her brother Joel (10). Brianne always had a joy and determination for life. When she was 7 years old, she fought and won against cancer. She was passionate and driven to succeed with anything she put her mind to. With her family, she grew up on the farm and enjoyed being outdoors, having meals in the field on the meal bus and helping out in any way she could. She loved to spend time with her friends, her animals and doing scrapbooking, artwork and crafts. She was an active young girl who loved to dance, listen to music and play sports. When Brianne was 13 she was diagnosed with another cancer and put her mind to living life to the fullest. Her horse, Gingy, was her special gift from the Children's Wish Foundation and she spent quality time riding and spoiling her. She was an avid fan of Twilight books and movies and looked forward to Twilight movie marathons with her Twi-hard friends and families. She loved to colour her hair all colours, especially blue, paint her nails, have spa nights with her friends, watch movies and go to concerts. Brianne had a passion for drawing eagles, horses, and many other things that were special to her. As her illness progressed she spent many hours wood burning gifts at school for friends and family. She was always very caring of others and put them before herself. She touched many lives with her courage, strength and determination to enjoy the life she had. Her family and friends have great memories of Brianne's laughter, caring personality, witty sense of humour and a full zest for life. She will be cherished forever and dearly missed by her parents Donald & Kirsten Gaudet, sister, Annette, brother, Joel, grandparents Armand & Yvette Gaudet, Rae & Shirley Gustafson, aunts, uncles & cousins Paul & Barb Gustafson (Emma, Olivia) , Stephanie & Gerard Jensen (Michael, Grant, Karlee), Melanie & Rob Nodge (Chloe, Sarah, Justin), Benoit & Natasha Gaudet (Vincent, Emma, Thomas). Prayer service will be held June 29, 2013 at St. Isidore de Bellevue RC Church at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life and luncheon at the Bellevue Sports and Campground.
