80 Years of Age

After a brief battle with cancer but with family by her side, Olga passed away at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert on Sunday July 28, 2013 to be with her Lord & Saviour. Olga was born on April 3, 1933 in Wadena, SK and grew up in Somme, SK. She married Leslie Wilbert Scarf on May 9, 1953 and they celebrated 56 yrs together. She will be missed but lovingly remembered by her son Barry and grandchildren Carl & Michael; son Bradley (Glenda) and grandchildren Ryan, Arielle, Nathan, & Angel-Rae; daughter Shelley (Gary) Fremont and grandsons Blake (Brittany Haider) and Mason. Olga was predeceased by her husband Leslie; her parents James and Marina Dashchuk; sister Lena and brothers Mike, Max and John. Celebration of Olga’s Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday August 1, 2013 at the First Baptist Church, 1351 – 28th Street East, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Michael Engbers & Reverend Pieter Basson officiating. Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
