Leonard Angus “Red” Mirasty – late of Little Red, SK passed away in Sturgeon Lake, SK on January 11, 2014 at the age of 63 years. Leonard will be lovingly remembered by his wife: Sandra; his children: Kelly Mirasty, Celina Scott, Jason Frenchman, Courtney (Julian Jim) Mirasty and Spencer Mirasty; his step-children: Bobby Almightyvoice, Daniel Almightyvoice, Amanda Almightyvoice-Head, Byron Almightyvoice and Tyler Almightyvoice; his sister: Violet Mirasty; his brother: Hilliard (Sandi) Mirasty; his goddaughters: Amanda Mirasty and Renee Baldhead; his chapan: Rilynn Sanderson; his adopted families: The Jean Marie Felix Families and the Amilk Halkett Families; his sisters and brothers-in-law: Josephine Muskego, Rita (Ernest), Marie, Noella (Shane), Cora and Joseph (Mary); his adopted mom: Mable Johnson; as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Leonard was predeceased by his parents: Angus & Mary Mirasty; his brothers: Leslie, Sidney and Robert “Bob” Mirasty; his sisters: Rose McCallum, Bertha Beatty, Pansy Mirasty and 2 sisters in infancy; his mother and father-in-law: Therese & Ernest Almightyvoice; his brothers-in-law: Geo. Henry Aloye and Gordon; and his sister-in-law: Maria Gamble. A Wake will be commencing Monday, January 13, 2014, Sturgeon Lake Community Centre, Sturgeon Lake, SK.
