JIM KIRKNESS
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jim, father and grandfather, on Tuesday, January 7th, 2014. He was predeceased by his wife, Jean; father, Samuel and mother, Mary; siblings: Clayton, Daisy, Louis, Arthur, Dorothy, Russell, Edward, Jean, Illa and Betty. Jim is survived by his son, Kevin; daughter, Barb; daughter-in-law, Kerri; grandchildren, Kinsey and Nathan; sister, Tinker; numerous nieces and nephews, sister-in-law and cousins. The family wish to extend their utmost appreciation to Dr. Geyer, Dr. Ramadan, nurse Cheryl, nurse Zebura and staff at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital for the dignified care provided to Jim. The thoughtfulness and consideration at a difficult time given by James Murdock of the Moose Jaw Funeral Home was deeply appreciated and needed. The Celebration of Life Service was held on Tuesday, January 14th, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Reverend Doug Hallman and Reverend Don Bater officiated.
