COWLES – Mrs. Alice Judith Maria passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 20, 2014 in Canwood, Saskatchewan at the Whispering Pines Nursing Home at the age of 100 years. Alice was born on October 25, 1915 in Canwood. The Funeral Service for Alice will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 @ 2:00 p.m. from the Lutheran Church in Canwood with Mrs. Doris Wideen Bazley officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Canwood North Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Alice may be directed to the Whispering Pines Nursing Home, Canwood, Saskatchewan.
