Joseph William Daniels

May 6, 1945 – March 27, 2014

Joseph Daniels, late of Sturgeon Lake, SK passed away on March 27, 2014 in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 68 years. Little Joe will be lovingly remembered by his second wife: Shirley (nee Littlepine) Daniels and her family: Steven (Allison) Gamble, Serina (Herb) Seesequasis, Wilfred (Rona) Gamble, Jefferey (Cassandra) Witchekan and Stephan Witchekan; his children: Terilynn Daniels (Michael Sayese) and grandson: Cage; and Adrian “Wapus” Daniels and grandchildren: Brandon and Jordon Chamekese; his brother: Robert “Bobby”; his sisters: Marion, Valerie and Cheryl (Tyler); his adopted sisters: Audrey (Darrell), Karol and Belinda (Quin); his adopted brother: Lyle (Sara); his mother: Mary (nee Halkett) Daniels; his brothers-in-law: Wayne (Ruby) Littlepine, Clifford (Celia) Littlepine and Glen (Lorena) Littlepine; his sisters-in-law: Helen Cameron, Diane Lilaberte and Brenda (Harvey) Jim; his aunties: Agnes Charles and Sally Charles both of Little Red First Nation; his best friends: William John Turner and Henry Felix; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Little Joe was predeceased by his first wife: Marjorie Elizabeth (nee Roberts) Daniels; his father: Vital Victor Daniels; his brothers: Stanley, Leslie and Garry; his sister: Eunice; his maternal grandparents: George Halket & Carolyn Ballyntyne; his paternal grandparents: Roger Daniels & Mary Anne Valle “Wapi”; and his best friend: Walter Moosehunter. A Wake will be commencing on Saturday, March 29, 2014, Sturgeon Lake Community Centre. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 31, 2014 – 11:00 am, Sturgeon Lake Community Centre.
