Joseph Floyd Sasakamoose

1973 – 2014

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Floyd Sasakamoose announce his sudden passing on Monday, May 26, 2014 on Ahtahkakoop First Nation at the age of 41 years.

Floyd leaves to mourn his passing; his mother, Marlene Sasakamoose, his siblings; Karen (Lowell) Naytowhow, Dallas Sasakamoose, Cheryl (Ross) Cromartie, Kevin Sasakamoose and Anthony (Leanne) Sasakamoose, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Floyd was predeceased by his father, John Sasakamoose, his grandparents; Joseph & Sarah Sasakamoose, Percy & Mary Bear.

The Wake Services will commence on May 27, at 6:00 p.m. at the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall .

The Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 11:00 am at the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall with Rev. Alex Sasakamoose as officiant.
