Harvey passed away on Thursday, July 31st, 2014 at the age of 79. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 17th, 2014 at 2:30pm from the Community Hall in Rabbit Lake, officiated by Danny Glass . Memorial donation’s in honor of Harvey may be made to a charity of the donor’s choosing.
