September 22, 1955 – September 21, 2014
Leroy Bear, late of Meadow Lake, SK, passed away September 21, 2014 at the age of 58 years. Leroy will be lovingly remembered by his mother: Ruby Fern Bear of Prince Albert, SK; his special niece/daughter: Tanya (Leo) Paul of Meadow Lake, SK; his special grandchildren: Connor, Jaime, Jaden, Ethan, and Leya; his brothers: Ronald (Angie) Bear of Muskoday, SK, Bradley (Joan) Bear of Muskoday, SK, and Trevor Bear of Muskoday, SK; his sisters: Maxine Bear of Prince Albert, SK, Wanda Bear of Saskatoon, SK, and Wilda Bear of Muskoday, SK; his grandchildren: Duane, Kyron, Brett, Devon, Nevaeh, Alycia, Monique, Alexandria, Dreydan, Montana, Kaze, Alexis, and Lily; his great-grandchildren: Madison, Aiden, Brody, and Janaya; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Leroy was predeceased by the love of his life: Matthew Pawulski; his father: Joseph W. Bear; his maternal grandparents Ronald and Agnes Bear; his paternal grandparents: Phillip and Bella Badger; his niece: Danielle (Infant); his nephews: Timothy, Keaton (Infant), and Claude (Infant); as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A wake will be held Tuesday September 23, 2014 at 8:00 PM at the Muskoday Band Hall, Muskoday, SK. A funeral service will be held Wednesday September 24 at 2:00 PM at Saint James Anglican Church, Muskoday, SK. In lieu of flowers, Leroy has requested that donations may be made to the Saskatoon Cancer Clinic (Campus Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7N) and/or Edwin and Millie Tootoosis, (Box 52 Cutknife, SK S0M 0N0) Poundmaker First Nation.
