Edward Phillip McKenzie                          

1959 – 2014

Edward McKenzie, age 55 years, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014, in Saskatoon, SK.  He was born Wednesday, May 13, 1959 in Prince Albert, SK.   Wake services were held Thursday, October 30 and Friday, October 31, 2014 in White Hall, Little Red River Reserve.  His funeral service was held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1 from White Hall, Little Red River Reserve, with Officiant Reverend Samuel Halkett.  Edward is survived by his loving family: his daughters Melissa Peacock, Vanessa Lariviere (Timothy Alexander), Rochelle Lariviere, Deanna Lariviere; his step-son Allen Lariviere; his grandchildren Beautiful, Damon, Haven, Eric Jr., Alissa, Gary Jr., Angel-Lee, Isaiah, Zeriyus, Alieana, Keanna, Harley Lariviere; his sisters Caroline (Clarence Bear), Yvonne McKenzie, Gloria McKenzie, Sharon (Wilfred) McKenzie, Beverly (Kevin) Sanderson, Shirley (Larry) McKenzie all of Little Red; his brothers Sandy (Phyllis) McKenzie and Ernest (Lorreta) Cook of Little Red.  He was predeceased by: his parents Phillip Patrick and Elsie Freda (Settee) McKenzie; his grandparents Elizabeth and George D. McKenzie, Betsy McKenzie; his niece Cynthia Faye McKenzie; Baby Elsie McKenzie.  Interment took place in Little Red River Reserve Cemetery.   Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care RIVER PARK MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Prince Albert, 306 764-2727, Donald M. Moriarty Funeral Director.
