Anne Pilikowski

At LHSC – University Hospital on Friday, April 10, 2015. Anne was part of the health field most of her life, first as a Registered Nurse and then as a Health Record Administrator.  Formerly from Saskatchewan, Anne worked three years as a Health Record Administrator at Norfolk General Hospital in Simcoe, Ont, then for 14 years at Victoria Hospital South Street Campus in London.  Dear sister of Stanley Pilikowski.  Predeceased by her parents William and Josephine, her four sisters Caroline, Mary, Victoria and Alice and her four brothers Rev. Albert O.M.I., Frank, Peter and Joseph.  Aunt Anne is survived by her many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 13th at St. John the Divine Church, 390 Baseline Road West, London, at 11 o’clock.  Interment took place in St. Peter’s Cemetery.  (John T.
