Florence Dorothy Cook, age 61, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 in Southend, SK.  She was born Sunday, November 1, 1953 in Southend. A Prayer Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 9 at River Park Memorial Chapel, Prince Albert, SK, with Officiant, Father Travis Myrheim.  Wake Services will be held Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10 at Reindeer Lake School Gym.  Her Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11 from Our Lady o f Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Southend, SK.  Officiants will be Ernest Cook, Suzzette Merasty, and Nancy Ballantyne.  Florence is survived by her loving family: the father of her children Simon Cook; her daughters Rosaleen (Oliver) Halkett, Sheila Cook, Tina Cook, Lottie (Dale) Cook; her sons Simon (Linda) Cook, Morgan (Telsa) Cook; her grandchildren Warren, Tyler, Christa, Shaun, Reid, OJ, Austin, Jayden, Jace, Jarreth, Amber, Kaydriane, Tanisha, Tasha, Takisha, Sonny, Sterling, Danika-Lynn, Avril, Corbin, Makayva, Emery, Marcus, Kellie, Treyan, Odin; her great-grandchildren Carter, Ariella, Kenan, Keyanna, Zethan, Chloe; her sisters Angelique (Larry) Clarke, Nancy Ballantyne, Suzzette (Clifford) Merasty, Joan Thomas, Joy Hamilton; her brother John (Ida) Roberts; her sisters-in-law Sara Ballantyne, Marie Adele Brown, Darlene Sinclair, Florence Roy, Sylvia Bird, Eva Clarke, Veronique Clarke; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents Daniel and Marie Ballantyne; her brothers Phillip, Martin, Angus; her five sisters in infancy; her nieces and nephews Barry Clarke, Elizabeth Ballantyne, Ronalda Ballantyne, Sophie Ballantyne, Gloria Merasty; her in-laws Henry and Margaret Cook; her sisters-in-law Linda Ballantyne, Charlotte Sinclair. Interment took place in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Southend.
