Mary Ann Ermine, late of Sturgeon Lake First Nation, SK, passed away on March 7, 2016 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 77 years. Mary Ann will be lovingly remembered by: her children: Patsy Ermine, Vern (Audrey) Ermine, Gene (Delores) Ermine and Arron Edward Ermine of Sturgeon Lake First Nation, SK; her adopted daughter: Karen Sanderson of Sturgeon Lake First Nation, SK; her 35 grandchildren and her 19 great-grandchildren; and her special friends: Lena Peters and Joyce Bighead of Sturgeon Lake First Nation, SK, Lorraine Kennedy of Green Lake, SK. Mary Ann was predeceased by: her husband: Lloyd Gideon Ermine; her daughter: Betty Burns (nee Peters); her mother: Mary Jane Nayneecassum; her father: Joseph Primeau; her sisters: Mariah Bear, Susan Felix, Elizabeth Badger and Madeline Daniels; her brothers: Elias Turner and James Turner; her aunts: Margaret LeDoux, Frances Lafond and Veronica Laurence; andher uncles: Paul Primeau, Damas Primeau and Etienne Primeau. Wake Services will commence on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 – 7:00 pm (Special Prayer Service) at the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre, Sturgeon Lake First Nation, SK and continue on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 – 5:00 pm (Feast and Pipe Ceremony).
