February 8, 1923 – March 19, 2016

On March 19, 2016 our mom was called to her home in heaven. Cecilia (Ginger) was born February 8, 1923 in Duck Lake, oldest child of Graziella and Willie Doucette.

She leaves to mourn her four children: Lionel (Elaine) Baribeau, Elaine (Richard) Wirges, Gisele Nogier, Jocelyne (Tony) Panas; her twelve grandchildren: Marc (Elyn) Baribeau, Colin (Lexie) Baribeau, Lisa Dawn Baribeau, Neil (Jessie) Baribeau; Rob (Corinna) Wirges, Roydon Wirges, Ryan Wirges; Patrick (Lori) Nogier, Wayne (Renee) Nogier, Laurie (Kent) Staniforth, Kari Nicolas, Sheldon Nicolas, as well as her 9 great-grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren; four sisters: Florence, Yvette, Raymonde and Rosemonde.

She was predeceased by Alex, her husband of 68 years, and a great-grandson, Nicolas, three brothers: Leonard, Aurele and Gilles and two sisters, Maggie and Geraldine

The funeral service for the late Cecilia Baribeau will be held on Saturday, April 16th at 11:00 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Duck Lake, SK. Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine, St. Laurent, SK mail to 1344 Goshen Place, Prince Albert, SK S6V 0R7.  Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, SK (306-232-5245).
