George Blacklake, late of Prince Albert, SK passed away on May 9, 2016 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 62 years.   George will be lovingly remembered by: his wife: Helen Blacklake;  his companion: Rosine Mcdonald; his children: John Blacklake, Doris Blacklake, Coleen Blacklake, Jason Blacklake, Calvin Blacklake, Kyna Blacklake, Noella Blacklake, Alex Blacklake and Reed Bignose; his siblings: Sophie (Joe) Beavereye, Josephine (John) Ecodh, Georgina (Charlie) Mercredi, Philip John (Adele) Blacklake and Freddie (Therese) Blacklake; his step- children: Rhetta Mcdonald, Richard Mcdonald, Felicia Mcdonald, Rita Mcdonald, Stephanie Cuthand, Kristin Cuthand, Andrew Cuthand, Kendall Cuthand and Josie Cuthand; his brothers and sisters-in-law: George Mcdonald, John Mcdonald, Pauline Hansen and Kathy Mcdonald; his favorite cousins: Ernest (Carmen) Dadzene and Simon (Sara) Samuel; his godchild: Gary Sandypoint; his godfather: Martin Robillard; his grandchildren were all special to him and he loved all of his nieces, nephews and friends. George was predeceased by: his parents: Elsie and Alex Blacklake; his daughter: Betty Ann Blacklake; his sister and brother-in-law: Dora and Mike McKenzie; his auntie and uncle: Germaine and Margret Dadzene; his uncle: Micheal Renie; his uncle: Bernard Kasagan; his godmother: Madeline Cook; his mother and father-in-law: Joseph and Mary Louise Mcdonald; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Judy and Leon Eddibar; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Martha and Pierre Toutsaint; his cousins: Philip and Billy Bouvier; his special friend: Edwin Boneleye.  A Wake Service will be commencing on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the residence of Sophie Beavereye, Black Lake, SK.
