Chase Hazen Benson, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away in Prince Albert, SK on June 13, 2016, at the age of 14 years. Chase will be lovingly remembered by: his mother: Nicole Scott; his sisters: Montana Scott & Niki Scott; his #1 Kokum: Beverly Benson; his loving family: Chad Scott, Daryl Benson, Brittany Scott, and Zachary Scott; his grandparents: Mike & Rose Daniels, John & Lillian Scott, Henry & Donna Moosehunter, and Delvin & Connie Benson and family; the special women in his life: Bonnie Ledoux, Autumn Badger-Cook, and Auntie Alyssa Moosomin & her family; and the Daniels family: Aunties Ellen, Gwen, Michelle, and their children, Uncles Warren and Warner, and their families. Chase was predeceased by: his father: Mathew Zerasylasis; his chapans: Walter & Bernice (Scott) Moosehunter; and his aunts: Barbra Moosehunter, Lynn Scott, Tracey Scott, and Joylene Scott. A prayer service will be held Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 2:00PM at Mackenzie Chapel, Prince Albert, SK. The wake will commence Thursday June 16, 2016, at the Sturgeon Lake Community Hall, Sturgeon Lake, SK.
