March 6, 1928 – July 27, 2016

Robert Charles Cholodnuik, late of Hafford, SK, formerly of Prince Albert, SK, passed away on July 27, 2016, in Hafford, SK at the age of 88 years.  Robert will be lovingly remembered by: his loving wife of 64 years: June; his children: Trudy (Edward) Hupaelo, Kenneth (Shirley) Cholodnuik and John Cholodnuik; family friend: Trudy Shier; his grandchildren: Dawn (Todd) Devonshire, Jamie (John) Tilley, Richard (Tara) Hupaelo, Jody (Colin) Hupaelo, Steven (Crystal) Hupaelo, Hannah (Cory) Patterson, Robert (Karri) Cholodnuik, Amanda (Steven) Monich, Seth (Kayla) Cholodnuik, Robin (Richard) Bonneau, Mathew (Ena) Cholodnuik, Michael Cholodnuik, Ryleigh Cholodnuik, Tyson Cholodnuik, Blake Cholodnuik, Brianna Bear and Katrina Bear; his great-grandchildren: Jude, Aden, Bronwyn, Lauryn, Camryn, Austyn, Brinley, Orianna, Jahnaya, Sarah, Berkley, William, Sophie, Vayden, Madison, Teighlor and Emma; and his sister: May Hill. Robert was predeceased by: his son: Keith Cholodnuik; his parents: John & Maggie; his brothers: Peter, Steve, & Martin Cholodnuik; his sisters: Kay Pauls; his step-brothers: Walter, Rome, & William; and his step-sister: Mary Palawaga.  Prayer Service will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 – 7:00 pm at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hafford, SK.   Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 – 10.30 am at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hafford, SK.  In lieu of other tributes, donations in memory of Robert may sent to Hafford Special Care Home, Box 130, Hafford, SK, S0J 1A0.  Arrangements in care of MacKenzie Chapel & Crematorium.
