Clinton Lee Malberg passed away at the age of 54 with his family by his side on Sept 20th, 2016. He was born in Nipawin on Sept 13,1962 to Eric Malberg and Eleanor Wiebe. He graduated from L.P Miller High School and then went on to pursue a trade as an Iron Worker. Clint’s first job was at the Prince Albert Pulp and Paper Mill expansion continuing with many construction projects throughout Canada and lastly the construction of a new Saskatoon Police Headquarters. Clint loved taking his kids for walks looking for treasures along the way, he loved fishing, music and road trips on a whim. Also known as “Colonel Clink” by many who knew him, he was a gentle man with a big heart who will always be loved, missed and never forgotten.
He is survived by his wife Gloria, his son Allen (Cheryl )Genereaux, grandchildren Treycen, Carly and Alliyah, his daughter Erica (Joey) Genereaux, mother Eleanor (Gillis) McCormick, brothers Brent (Liana) Malberg, Blaine (Dorothy) Malberg, Tavis (Gena) McCormick, Jeff McCormick, sisters Tara (Jerrold) Pidborochynski, Lorie McCormick and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Eric Malberg, mother in law Elizabeth Genereaux, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday Oct 2, 2016 at The Prince Albert Inn Salon A 2-5 pm
