Albert is survived by his loving family, his wife, Heather Joy Custer, his children, Joshua Charles, Brian Charles, Dawson Custer, Alyssa C., Terri-Lynn, Sherri, Angelique, Natasha and Nikita, his in-laws, John & Marlene Merasty, his parents, Joseph & Rachel Custer, his sister, Jean Victoria (Peter) Custer, his adopted sisters, Heather and Dianna, his brothers, C. Ronald Ballantyne and John Peter Custer, his niece, Lakesha, his nephews, Jackson and Eric, his grandmother, Jeannie Custer, his aunts, Kate McKay, Margaret Highway, Susan (Peter) Ballantyne, Mary Ann (Isaac) Ballantyne and Freda (August) Denego, his uncles, Elias (Suzette) Sewap, Harry Custer, Thomas (Joan) Custer, Ernest (Mary) Custer and Horace Thomas Ballantyne Sr., his special friends, Joseph beatty, David E. Beatty, Michael Ballantyne, Brian Beatty and Gilbert McKay, and his goddaughter, Shanna Sewap. He was predeceased by his brother, Jackson Joseph Custer, his grandparents, Peter Custer and Johnny & Victoria Ballantyne, his aunts, Elizabeth (George) Eninew, Eliza (Leslie) McKenzie, Jeanette (Harry) Custer, Susan Heron, Polly Ballantyne and Alice Ballantyne, his uncles, Thomas Custer, Leslie McKenzie, Roby Ballantyne and Sammy Ballantyne, his brother-in-law, Jamie Joseph Merasty, and his cousins, Frances Rose (Albert) Ballantyne, Henry Eninew, Adam Eninew, Dominic McKenzie, Baby Ernest McKenzie and Candace Roberts. A prayer service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at River Park Memorial Chapel in Prince Albert, SK, Reverend Elias Ballantyne officiating. Wake services will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 and Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at the  Anglican Church in Deschambault Lake, SK, with communion at 8:00 p.m. Albert’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at the Anglican Church in Deschambault Lake, SK, Reverend Elias Ballantyne and Reverend Rachel Custer officiating. Interment to follow at Robertson’s Island Cemetery.
