Eileen was a member of the Sacred Heart CWL and very active member of the SHIPP committee when it was established, and worked many tireless hours beside Cy and many other volunteers from the parish. Eileen also loved planting many many flowers and won various ribbons in the Fair Exhibition events, showcasing her pride of her green thumb and her unique creativity with her flower arrangements. Another passion of Eileen’s was fishing with Cy in the Heart Lakes and Crean whenever time allowed. They spent many hours entertaining friends, relatives and family at the family cabin in Waskesiu, with tons of great food and lots of laughter and memories.
