Roderick “Rod” Charles Budd was born on October 9, 1949 in Sturgeon Landing, SK and passed away on March 27, 2017 in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 67 years. Rod is survived by his loving family, his wife, Gertie Budd; his sons, Rodney, Charles, Lester (Delores) and Kevin (Cora); his daughters, Doreen (Mike) Orvella (Richard), Caitlyn, Chelsea, Amanda, Blake and Kyle; his grandsons and granddaughters; his great-grandchildren; and his boss, RJ. He was predeceased by his parents, Charlie and Ann Budd; his brothers, Abraham, Pierre and Jonas; his sister, Helen Budd; his daughter, Delilah Sinclair; and his son, Darren V. Sinclair. A wake service will be held Thursday, March 30, 2017 and Friday, March 31, 2017 at Gertie Budd’s residence. Rod’s funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Gertie Budd’s residence. Interment to follow at Sturgeon Landing Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of River Park Funeral Home in Prince Albert, SK, Paula Hanson, Funeral Director.
