March 18, 1950 – August 23, 2017

Elsie Diane Paul passed away August 23, 2017 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. She was born in Prince Albert, March 18, 1950 to Robert and Hilda Smith. Elsie is survived by her children; Clifford and his children Cole, Seirra, Dawn, Santana, Keegan, Kassandrea, and Malkolm; Joey (Sarah) and their children Angel and Andanis; Pam and her daughter Shanice and her children Alanya, Dayton and Harley; Vincent (Valmarie) and their children David and Velvet; her brothers and sisters Gary Brass; Kelvin (Patrina) Brass; Glenda (Jean) Lafond; Sheila (Gary) Brass; Dean (Kim) Brass; her uncle and aunts Dale (Ava) Bear; Pat (Leonard) Elefson; Lou Bell Elefson; Evelyna Baily; Georgina Bear as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Walter Umperville; her son Malcolm Umperville; her granddaughters Dianne Keenatch and Lashonda Mae Bear; her parents Hilda and Albert Smith; sister Ruth Ann; nephews Kevin Lafond and Nathienal Davison; uncles Leslie Bear, Bruce Bear, Hillard Bear and Terrance Bear; auntie Edna Bear; grandparents Clifford and Alice Bear; her great grandparents William and Mary Bear and Henry and Mary Isbister. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Muskoday Hall with the Reverend Chris Dow officiating.  Interment will be held at the St James Anglican Church Cemetery.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729).
