June 12, 1972 – August 23, 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Scott Juker announces his passing on August 23, 2017. Rob was born on June 12, 1972 in Prince Albert, SK. He attended school at Princess Margaret and high school at Carlton. Rob was extremely devoted to his large family and was a rock for his mother, brothers and grandmothers. Rob had a quick and keen intellect and was overtly capable of expressing his ideas and opinions at length. He was very good with children, particularly children with challenges. Rob struggled valiantly with his disabilities from a young age and throughout his life with us. Robert is survived by his beloved mother Maureen Juker, brother Jason Juker; grandmother Wanetta Fowler; his father Jim Juker and stepmother Debby Juker; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Robert is predeceased by his dear brother Tracy Juker; grandfather Bill Fowler; great grandparents Dorothy and Virden Palmer; grandparents Jessie and Bud Juker; stepfather Ted Johnson and aunt Patsy Juker. Visitation Service will be held 7:00 – 8:30 p.m, Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 452 – 30th Street East, Prince Albert. Interment will be at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other tributes donations can be made to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, PO Box 105 Glenolden PA, USA. 19036.
