14 year old the victim of rollover in Birch Hills

Police have disclosed that a child died in the motor vehicle incident in the RM of Birch Hills Sunday afternoon.

In a media release Tuesday, Prince Albert RCMP said they were called to the fatal rollover at 2:41 p.m.

The incident claimed the life of a 14-year-old passenger. The driver was transported to hospital and was reported to be in a stable condition.

Alcohol was not a factor in the collision. Police said they continue to investigate.
