Suspects facing litany of charges after police discover weapons cache in stolen vehicle
Four suspects are facing over 100 charges after police seized a cache of weapons Monday morning.
Prince Albert Police Service members responded after a concerned citizen reported several people pushing a vehicle into a parking stall in the 200 block of 15th Street West.
After investigating, police discovered the vehicle was stolen and contained three firearms, including a sawed-off rifle, a loaded bolt-action rifle and a Winchester shotgun. A handheld Taser, knife, two machetes and masks were also found in the vehicle.
Emily Roberts, 24, Justin Charles, 24, Darian Standing, 25, and Cory Redman, 30, were all arrested. Each faces numerous charges including careless use of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
