Lanigan man goes to bat for Cuban children
For the past five years, Reg Greve and his wife have been packing ball gloves and baseballs in their suitcases when they go on vacation to Cuba.
The couple don’t play baseball themselves but they have noticed there are a lot of children in Cuba who do, and who are in dire need of equipment.
“Whenever we went there, we saw some Cuban kids trying to play ball and they had a tree branch and a halfway round stone,” Greve said.
