Cocaine seized from home in Buffalo Narrows

Three people are facing charges following a drug bust in Buffalo Narrows.

Early Saturday morning, police searched a residence in the community and found 47 grams of suspected cocaine and drug paraphernalia. A quantity of cash and mobile devices were also seized by police.

Roland Hanson, Redena Campbell and Myron Tinker were arrested and have all been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. Tinker also faces a charge of failing to comply with a recognizance.

Hanson and Campbell were remanded into custody and will appear in provincial court in La Loche via video on Aug. 26. Tinker was released and scheduled to appear in court in Buffalo Narrows on Sept. 11.
