A man accused of manslaughter was surrounded by family members as he exited Prince Albert Provincial Court Wednesday afternoon.
Ryan Kyle Daniels, 40, was charged last month in the death of Darwin Naytowhow. Both men are from Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
The legal aid defence lawyer told the judge she was still waiting for disclosure and the case was adjourned to September 16.
On July 14, Naytowhow was found unresponsive at a residence on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation, and was declared deceased when paramedics arrived.
