Honourary Terry Fox Run Chair Pagé shares message of hope
Prince Albert’s 46th Annual Terry Fox Run in Prince Albert is a month away, on Sept. 20, and this year’s honourary chair is someone who recently started their fight.
Kim Pagé was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2024, and rang the bell as cancer free in April of 2025. Luckily, Pagé’s doctors caught it early, but that year was still a stressful battle.
“Thankfully I had a great medical team that just came together quickly and figured out the treatment that I was going to need,” she explained. “It consisted of some surgeries, radiation treatment, and now I’ll be on medication for quite a few years, but happy to say that I’m cancer free now.”
There are no words ,for how thankful I am, that this day finally got here . pic.twitter.com/rYITuxyVa2
