“She was Happy”: Police and family of woman who went missing 9 years ago renew calls for help
It has been nine years since Happy Charles was last seen on video surveillance on April 3, 2017 and every year since, her family and the police service have renewed a call to help find her.
The Prince Albert Police Service said it has explored multiple leads and more than 100 tips since Charles disappeared. She was seen on video surveillance at approximately 11:50 p.m. at Prince Albert Collegiate Institute the night she disappeared. Charles was wearing white shoes, sweat pants, a long dark jacket over top of a leather jacket, a dark baseball cap, with a black backpack and a white plastic bag. She was also wearing dark framed glasses.
Police are once again releasing the surveillance video in the hopes that it leads to more information.
