Through storytelling, art, and creativity participants will be motivated and empowered to explore their own ways of Rising Against Racism

Prince Albert Rises Against Racism through Art and Storytelling

Join us for an inspiring in-person evening where food, fellowship, and storytelling challenge racism and build community solidarity.

Paula Collins will share her journey as a CEO, community leader, and social justice advocate who integrates anti-racism and social justice work into her role as a mentor, public speaker, and community activist.

Artist Marcy Friesen will lead an interactive beading workshop blending her lived experiences of racism with storytelling. She shares her narrative through experimental beadwork and art to confront racism, stereotypes, mental health, and residential school legacies.

Together, we invite participants to reflect, connect, and discover unique ways to Rise Against Racism—through art, advocacy, and everyday acts of solidarity.
