Rollover on Hwy 35 closes out Nipawin Fire’s year

Firefighters in Nipawin spent part of their New Year’s Eve attending to three people who were in a rollover on Highway 55.
The department said via social media that they began 2025 by responding to a rollover and ended it the same way.
The rolled over SUV was at the eastern edge of the department’s response area, just north of the turnoff to Red Earth.
All three of the people inside the vehicle were taken to hospital by Northeast EMS.
