Saskatoon Police arrested and charged an 18-year-old Prince Albert man following a recent gun incident.

SPS were called out at 9:40 p.m. on Nov. 23 for a gunshot in a parking lot near a dog park on 17th Street West and Avenue W South.

As the suspect was fleeing through the dog park, SPS called in their canine unit, who helped officers nab the suspect on Garfield Street.

Officers found a shotgun and the man was also found to have ammunition on him.
