Fire torches tractor in R.M. of Kinistino

The Kinistino Fire Department were kept busy with a tractor fire in the R.M. of Kinistino on Wednesday.

Crews were called to the blaze at around 6 p.m. and quickly extinguished the fire.

The department said the tractor was going through a diesel exhaust regeneration at the time of the fire, and they believe it caused the blaze.

The owner parked the tractor in the middle of the yard as a safety precaution, and crews were back in service an hour and a half later.
